How Prepay Works

Sign Up: Visit our office or by phone 919-735-2611

Add Credit:  A minimum of $100 must be added to your account to begin service

Review Alerts: Our automated alert system can text or email your daily balance. You can also access your account online or download our free mobile app.

Low Balance: Adding credit to your account is easy. Just make a payment using any of our payment options.  A minimum payment of $20.00 is required.
